• Q :How quickly may I receive the license(s) after purchase?

  A : Once you have placed an order and paid by credit card, either by Paypal.com, you will immediately receive a confirmation E-mail. Your payment will be approved by the payment gateway. Once approved, you will receive an E-mail from license@techlope.com include your license(s) inside or mailing include license(s) to your shipping address. The whole process will take around 2 to 3 working days for E-Mail and 1-30 working days by mailing.

• Q :What kind of order status?

  A : Order status help you tracking about your order and we provide six order status below:

  • Open: TechLope Co., does not receive payment from customer;
  • Processed: TechLope Co., has been receive your payment and ready to shipped the software.
  • Completed: Your order has been shipped from us.
  • Failed: Your order has been failed due to many reason like non payment, destination problem etc.
  • Declined: Your order has been declined from paypal due to credit card problem.
  • Backorder: The status of items on a purchase order in the event that some or all of the inventory required to fulfill the order is insufficient to satisfy demand.
