At any time within 7 days of giving order if you are fully satisfied with your purchase you may return your order for a full refund minus shipping charges. We want you to be pleased with everything you buy from TechLope Co., Ltd and if your purchase is not at all what you expected it to be, return it for a complete refund, exchange or adjustment to your satisfaction.

Exchanges
If you received your order but you'd prefer to have it in another software, we're happy to exchange it for you. Exchanged products will be sent once the original product has been returned and inspected the license was not registered before on the pc machine.

Returns
You have 7 days from the date you giving order to return it for a full refund minus shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable because it is a separate service provided by the shipping carrier of your choice to deliver the product you purchased from our company, as a result
we cannot refund the shipping charges for the services of another company so only the product price is refunded in full.

Changing an Order
If you have already completed an order and wish to change or add an additional item to your order, Contact Customer Service for assistance either through email or by phone. Please include your order number you would like to change to ensure accuracy. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to ensure accuracy.

You can check the status of your orders at anytime  simply by logging into your account and viewing the Order Status page. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current up to date information regarding your order. When you click on Order Status, you will be prompted to sign in with your email address and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current or past orders. If your order has not been processed you may modify or cancel your order from this page.
